The platform exposes a dedicated service endpoint that triggers an on-demand data ingestion and normalization pipeline, enabling the system to automatically process raw structured inputs and prepare them for intelligent querying. As part of this process, the agent dynamically analyzes underlying data schemas and constructs a semantic data catalog, allowing it to understand table relationships, attributes, and constraints without manual configuration.
At runtime, an intelligent reasoning component interprets user queries, plans multi-step actions, and formulates complex relational queries, including multi-table joins and conditional logic. The agent incorporates a self-correction mechanism, enabling it to detect execution errors, refine its reasoning, and reattempt query generation until a valid and accurate result is produced.
The solution is architected as a scalable microservice, designed for seamless integration into larger AI orchestration platforms and enterprise workflows. This project demonstrates the effective use of agentic reasoning, dynamic schema understanding, and autonomous error recovery to enable reliable, explainable access to structured data through natural language.
